• ✅ Pain Points Report: You’ll receive a detailed summary of key issues and opportunities for improvement within your current processes.

• ✅ Priority Selection: Together, we’ll decide on 1-2 focus areas that will create the most significant impact.

📌 Step 2: Strategy & Workflow Design (Week 2-3)

🎯 Goal: To develop a tailored, actionable plan to improve your internal processes.

• ✅ Process Mapping: I’ll begin designing your new internal workflow, customized to meet your team’s unique needs.

• ✅ Scheduled Touchbases: You’ll have the opportunity to schedule up to 90 minutes of check-in time during this phase to get updates, share new information, and ask questions.

🎯 Goal: To integrate your new workflow into your team’s daily operations.

• ✅ Team Training Session (60-90 min): I’ll guide your team through the new system and how to make it work for them.

• ✅ Live Workflow Testing: We’ll pilot the new system in a real work setting to test it in action.

• ✅ Adjustments & Iteration: We’ll make any necessary tweaks based on team feedback to ensure smooth adoption.

• ✅ Final Optimization Meeting (60 min): We’ll troubleshoot any remaining challenges and make final adjustments.

  • 🎥 Training Recordings: Revisit training sessions at your convenience for reference.

The strategy implementation is billed separately and are designed to scale with your team's size and the complexity of your needs, ensuring that we deliver tailored solutions that work for you.

Here’s a breakdown of our Soulwork Strategy Session pricing:

1. Basic Package

For teams of 1-5 employees with simple processes (e.g., onboarding, meeting management).

Price Range: $2,800 - $3,500

Estimated Hours: 16-20 hours

Each package range is based on a $175/hr rate and the estimated hours includes the full suite of sessions, live training, and ongoing support materials. The final price is determined based on your specific needs and system complexity.
